摘 要:随着世界经济一体化的发展,多品种小批量等个性化需求却给众多企业带来诸多问题。本文从企业的实际需求出发,以G公司为例,构建了一个简单快捷的经济决策模型,通过对订单变化与生产成本变化的关系进行量化分析并快速决策,为企业在瞬息万变的市场竞争中赢得先机。该模型运用管理科学与工程领域相关知识对EOQ理论进行了充实和补充,可快速切入公司数字化系统实现智能决策,适用于多数劳动密集型生产企业,方法简单、高效、实用。With the development of global economic integration,personalized demands such as multiple varieties and small batches have brought many problems to many enterprises.This paper starts from the actual needs of enterprises and takes G company as an example to construct a simple and fast economic decision-making model.By analyzing the relationship quantitatively between order changes and production cost changes and making quick decisions,it helps enterprises gain an advantage in the rapidly changing market competition.This model enriches and supplements the EOQ theory by applying relevant knowledge from the fields of management science and engineering,which can quickly integrate into the company's digital system to achieve intelligent decision-making,and it is suitable for most labor-intensive production enterprises.The method is simple,efficient,and practical.
