摘  要:利用镍基单晶高温合金对均匀分布进行教学设计.首先,一维均匀分布发现,镍基单晶高温合金在从质量成分转换成原子成分时,原子加和有可能不等于100 at.%.其次,二维均匀分布发现了镍基单晶高温合金的成分规律和成分范围.最后,三维均匀分布计算出了析出相γ′(Gamma Prime)体积分数.教学效果得到近90%的学生认可.The teaching design of uniform distribution is carried out with nickel-based single crystal superalloys.Firstly,through one-dimensional uniform distribution,it is revealed that the final sum of atomic percentage is may not equal to 100 at.%when the alloy composition is converted from mass composition to atomic composition.Secondly,both the composition rule and composition range are found by two-dimensional uniform distribution in nickel-based single crystal superalloys.Finally,the volume fraction ofγ′(Gamma Prime)precipitates is calculated by three-dimensional uniform distribution.The teaching effect has been recognized by nearly 90%students.
