摘  要:橡胶及热塑性塑料是石油勘探和开发中应用最广泛的两种密封材料。目前,石油开采正处于特高含水期采油阶段,井液具有高含水率、高矿化度、腐蚀性强等特点,且开采温度高,H_(2)S等腐蚀气体多样,极易导致井下工具腐蚀老化磨损。因此,本实验通过高温高压反应釜模拟现场工况,分别在承压状态下和自由状态下对四丙氟橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、聚醚醚酮塑料和聚四氟乙烯塑料进行了高温高压腐蚀实验,以四种试样的拉伸、硬度和压缩永久变形为考察指标,分析了腐蚀前后试样的力学性能损伤规律。借助扫描电镜、红外光谱对其老化机制进行探究,通过实验结果筛选出适合特定工况下的密封材料。Rubber and thermoplastics are the two most widely used sealing materials in petroleum exploration and development.At present,oil exploitation is in the stage of ultra-high water cut oil production.Well fluid has the characteristics of high water cut,high salinity,strong corrosion,etc.Besides,the mining temperature is high,and corrosive gases such as H_(2)S are diverse,which easily lead to corrosion aging and wear of downhole tools.Therefore,in this experiment,the high-temperature and high-pressure reactor was used to simulate the field conditions,and the high-temperature and high-pressure corrosion experiments were carried out on tetrapropyl fluoro rubber,hydrogenated nitrile rubber,polyetherketone plastic and polytetrafluoroethylene plastic under pressure and free state respectively.The tensile,hardness and compressive permanent deformation of the four samples were taken as the investigation indexes,and the mechanical property damage laws of the samples before and after corrosion were analyzed.The aging mechanism was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,and the suitable sealing materials were selected according to the experimental results.
