摘  要:针对目前航空发动机分支管路布局效果欠佳问题,提出一种基于Steiner最小树和改进多目标萤火虫算法的航空发动机分支管路自动布局方法。在该方法中,首先结合Steiner最小树理论,以管路长度最短、弯头数最少和分支点数最少为优化目标,建立分支管路布局多目标优化数学模型。进一步,基于Steiner最小树性质、约束违反度和拥挤度理论,并融合混合更新策略和精英策略,提出了应用于航空发动机分支管路布局的改进多目标萤火虫算法,从而实现了航空发动机分支管路自动布局。最后,通过标准测试函数和实例研究验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the issue that the branch pipe layout for aero-engine is poor at present,an automatic branch pipe layout method for aero-engine based on Steiner minimum tree and improved multi-objective firefly algorithm is proposed.In the method,based on Steiner minimum tree theory,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model for aero-engine branch pipe layout is firstly built,which takes the shortest pipe length,the least number of elbows and the least number of branch points as optimization objectives.Then,combining with the hybrid update strategy and elite strategy,an improved multi-objective firefly algorithm for aero-engine branch pipe layout is proposed based on Steiner minimum tree property,constraint violation theory and crowding degree theory,which realizes the automatic layout of aero-engine branch pipe.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by standard test function and case study.
