摘　　要：目的:探究机械取栓治疗超时间窗急性前循环脑梗死近、远期疗效。方法:回顾性收集自2020年5月至2023年10月期间本院收治的98例超时间急性前循环脑梗死患者的临床资料。98例超时间急性前循环脑梗死患者根据取栓方式的差异将其分为对照组(静脉溶栓,n=47例)与观察组(机械取栓,n=51例)。分析对比两组的血管再通率、近期疗效、远期疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组血管再通率、近期疗效有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3m,观察组的预后良好率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于静脉溶栓,机械取栓对超时间窗急性前循环脑梗死患者的临床效果更佳,能提高血管再通率,提升患者的近期、远期疗效,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the short-and long-term efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction over time window.Methods:The clinical data of 98 patients with prolonged acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to the differences of thrombolysis methods,98 patients with prolonged acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction were divided into control group(intravenous thrombolysis,n=47 cases)and observation group(mechanical thrombolysis,n=51 cases).Vascular revascularization rate,short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The vascular revascularization rate and short-term efficacy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the good prognosis rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with intravenous thrombolysis,mechanical thrombolysis has better clinical effect in patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction over time window,which can improve the rate of vascular revascularization,improve the short-term and long-term curative effect of patients,and reduce complications.
