摘　　要：作为20世纪前期南洋华侨杰出企业家与伟大侨领,陈嘉庚彪炳史册,留下了丰厚的精神财富。本文从陈嘉庚企业创新经营与救国救民活动入手,系统论述了在中华自主知识背景下的企业家精神及其内在逻辑。具体而言,整合资源创业与创新是企业家精神的灵魂,这不仅需要善于合作以催生信用,更需要通过创新突破或改变约束条件,前瞻性地开发和培育市场;同时还需要在识别不确定性中做出决断,勇于担当并驾驭风险。陈嘉庚企业家精神生生不息,激励了一代又一代的海内外华商成长,也成为推进中国式现代化的重要精神动力。As an outstanding entrepreneur and a great leader among the Overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia during the early 20th century,Tan Kah Kee has left an indelible mark on history and a rich legacy of spiritual wealth.However,the core of his entrepreneurial spirit has often been overlooked.This paper examines Tan Kah Kee's innovative business practices and his patriotic activities,highlighting the entrepreneurial spirit of the Overseas Chinese merchants he represented.It systematically discusses the entrepreneurial spirit within the context of Chinese indigenous knowledge and its internal logic.Specifically,the essence of entrepreneurial spirit lies in resource integration,entrepreneurship,and innovation.It requires effective collaboration to foster trust and necessitates breaking or altering constraints through innovation,proactively developing and cultivating markets.Additionally,it involves making decisive judgments amidst uncertainties,taking responsibility,and managing risks.Tan Kah Kee's entrepreneurial spirit,characterized by its endless vitality,has inspired generations of Overseas Chinese entrepreneurs and has become an intrinsic driving force for Chinese-style modernization.
