摘 要:冰载荷是造成极地船舶结构损伤的重要载荷来源。文章介绍了线载荷与冰压力2种形式的冰载荷实测原理,系统阐述了冰载荷短期极值预报和长期极值预报方法体系,论述了冰载荷极值预报与船体结构安全评估的重要关联,并对冰载荷极值预报的发展趋势与存在的关键问题进行了分析。研究结果可为极地船舶安全与可靠性评估提供指导与参考。For ships in the arctic,ice loads represent the dominant load which cause the damage of ship structures.The principles of measurements to obtain the line loads and ice pressure are explained in detail.Based on the collected ice loads,the methodologies to predict the short-term extreme ice loads and the long-term extreme ice loads are systematically described.Prediction of the extreme ice loads is crucial for the safety evaluation of ship structures,therefore,the research trends as well as the critical issues of the technologies for extreme ice loads prediction are discussed.The study result could provide valuable guidance and reference for the structural safety of arctic ships.
