摘　　要：中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是中性粒细胞除吞噬和脱颗粒作用之外,近年来发现的另一种捕获清除病原体,发挥抗感染作用的重要手段。研究发现,NETs除了与免疫防御有关,还参与血栓、癌症等的发生发展。本文就NETs的形成与清除机制,及其在酒精相关性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝移植以及肝癌等肝脏损伤中作用研究进行综述,以期为寻找肝损伤预防与治疗的新靶点提供参考。In addition to phagocytosis and degranulation,neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have been found to play an important role in neutrophil pathogens.It has been found that NETs are not only related to immune defense,but also involved in the occurrence and development of thrombosis and cancer.This article reviews the mechanism of formation and clearance of NETs and their roles in liver injury such as alcohol-related liver disease,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,liver transplantation and hepatocellular carcinoma.The aim of this study is to find new targets for the prevention and treatment of liver injury.
