摘  要:Pyrifluquinazon是Nihon Nohyaku公司开发的喹唑啉酮类杀虫剂。以邻氨基苄醇和杂环硼酸为起始原料经8步反应合成了11个喹唑啉酮类似物,其结构经1H NMR及HRMS确证。杀虫活性测试结果表明:喹唑啉酮类似物在100 mg/L对蚕豆蚜具有优异活性,其中化合物9-4、9-5、9-7对在蚕豆蚜的活性为100%,优于对照化合物pyrifluquinazon的91.9%。Pyrifluquinazon was a novel quinazinalone analog insecticide which developed by Nihon Nohyaku Co.,In this paper,11 quinazinalone analogs were synthesized by using 2-aminobenzylalcohol and heterocyclic boronic acid as initial materials through 8 steps.The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and HRMS.The results of insecticidal activity at greenhouse showed that quinazinalone analogs had excellent insecticidal activities against Aphis fabae at 100 mg/L.Among them,the insecticide activities of compounds 9-4,9-5,9-7 against A.fabae at 100 mg/L is 100%,which was superior to 91.9%of pyrifluquinazon.
