摘　　要：以中北大学材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养为例,针对培养体系不完善、课程体系不全面以及师资队伍建设存在短板等问题,依托产业学院的建设,加强了材料成型及控制工程专业的优势特色,完善了人才培养协同机制,以期造就大批产业需要的具备解决材料成型及控制工程领域复杂工程问题能力的高级复合型工程技术人才,为提高产业竞争力提供有力的人才保障和智力支撑。In view of the problems such as imperfect training system,incomplete curriculum system and shortcomings in the construction of teaching staff,taking the talent training of material forming and control engineering in North University of China as an example,relying on the construction of the industrial college,the advantages and characteristics of material forming and control engineering have been strengthened and the collaborative mechanism of talent training has been improved.This will create a large number of industrial needs with the ability to solve complex engineering problems in the field of material forming and control engineering,and provide talent support and intellectual support to improve industrial competitiveness.
