摘 要:刀具路径规划是复杂曲面数控加工技术的核心部分,它会对曲面加工的质量和效率产生极大影响。等残留高度法是近年来应用广泛的一种刀具路径规划方法,但其在规划双曲抛物面等几何形状特殊的曲面时仍存在刀路冗余现象。选择沿最大主曲率方向的曲线作为初始路径改进等残留高度法,代替传统方法中选择曲面长边界作为初始路径的方式,计算加工步长和行距,生成覆盖整个复杂曲面的刀具路径。对比两种方式生成的刀具路径,实验结果表明,改进的等残留高度法可以有效地解决刀路冗余,提高加工效率。Tool path planning is the core of complex surface NC machining technology.It will have a great impact on the quali-ty and efficiency of surface machining.Equal residual height method is a tool path planning method widely used in recent years,but it still has the phenomenon of tool path redundancy when planning curved surfaces with special geometry such as hyperbolic parabo-loid.The curve along the direction of maximum principal curvature is selected as the initial path to improve the equal residual height method.Instead of selecting the long boundary of the surface as the initial path in the traditional method,the machining step size and row spacing are calculated,and then the tool path covering the whole complex surface is generated.Comparing the tool paths generated by the two methods,and the experimental results show that the improved equal residual height method can effectively solve the tool path redundancy and improve the machining efficiency.
