摘  要:近年来,国内大米市场消费方式出现了新情况、新特点,居民收入水平提高,大米消费放缓,社区平台、电商直播等新零售模式配送以其便捷、低价的优势成为居民大米消费新趋势,与传统的零售模式形成正面直接的竞争关系,新旧业态加剧矛盾。产业的健康发展离不开严格的行业规范,大米消费渠道变化面临着监管困难及不便于储备应急等风险,新形势下需要通过优化法律条款、强化新业态监管力度、创新储备应急模式以及优化仓储物流布局等,推动形成大米消费产业健康发展新格局。消费端也要持续推进供给侧改革,加强消费者引导,倡导品质化消费,营造积极、良好的消费氛围,推动消费转型升级。In recent years,there have been new situations and new features in the domestic rice market.The income level of residents has increased,and rice consumption has slowed down.The distribution of new retail models such as community platforms and e-commerce live broadcasts has become a new trend of rice consumption for residents with its advantages of convenience and low price,which has formed a direct and positive competitive relationship with the traditional retail model,and the contradiction between the old and new formats has intensified.The healthy development of the industry can not be separated from strict industry norms.The change of rice consumption channels faces risks such as difficulties in supervision and inconvenience in emergency storage.Under the new situation,it is necessary to promote the formation of a new pattern of healthy development of the rice consumption industry by optimizing legal provisions,strengthening supervision of new formats,innovating emergency storage modes and optimizing the layout of warehousing and logistics.The consumer side should also continue to promote supply-side reform,strengthen consumer guidance,advocate quality consumption,create a positive and good consumption atmosphere,and promote consumption transformation and upgrading.
