摘 要:主要研究的盐矿区位于察尔汗盐湖,重点分析该矿区内的钾矿卤水的合理开发与利用。通过相图分析和试验探索,总结了钾矿卤水自然蒸发析盐的规律。试验分析发现,在传统直接滩晒方法下,盐中的钾流失率十分高,导致钾盐产品中的氯化钠含量急剧上升。同时,研究发现在大部分钾矿产品中,50%~59%的钾以氯化钠的形式存在,剩余41%左右的钾主要以光卤石形式存在。为了整理出更高效的兑卤盐田工艺方案,试验主要分析使用全部钾离子以光卤石形式析出的方式,以此将氯化钠的含量缩减到最低。The main salt mining area under study is located at the Cha'erhan Salt Lake.The focus is on analyzing the reasonable development and utilization of potassium mine brine within this area,and effectively utilizing phase diagram analysis and experimental exploration to summarize the natural evaporation salt precipitation rules of potassium mine brine.After experimental analysis,it was found that under the application of traditional direct beach drying methods,the potassium loss rate in salt is very high,leading to a sharp increase in the content of sodium chloride in potassium salt products.It was also found that in most potassium ore products,potassium makes up 50%to 59%of the total as sodium chloride,while about 41%is primarily present as carnallite.To this end,in order to organize a more efficient brine mixing salt field process plan,the main analysis in this experiment is to use all potassium ions to precipitate in the form of carnallite,in order to reduce the content of sodium chloride to the minimum.
