摘 要:在我国现代化工行业高速发展的背景下,化工生产技术水平全面提升,多项先进的生产工艺逐渐开始应用,对于社会经济发展具有重要的促进作用。光卤石一般与石盐、钾石盐等共生,源于镁、钾盐湖中蒸发后的产物,在氯化钾生产中至关重要,为了提升光卤石生产稳定性与效率,需要明确生产过程中存在的影响因素。因此,将对盐田法生产光卤石的收率影响因素分析与控制方面进行深入研究与分析,并结合实践经验总结一些措施,希望可以对相关人员有所帮助。Against the backdrop of the rapid development of China's modern chemical industry,the level of chemical production technology has been comprehensively improved,and multiple advanced production processes have gradually begun to be applied,which plays an important role in promoting social and economic development.Carnallite,generally coexisting with rock salt and potassium rock salt,is the final product formed by evaporation in magnesium and potassium salt lakes.It is an important raw material for producing potassium chloride.In order to improve the stability and efficiency of carnallite production,it is necessary to clarify the influencing factors in the production process.Therefore,this article will conduct in-depth research and analysis on the infl uencing factors and control of the yield of carnallite produced by the salt field method,and summarize some measures based on practical experience,hoping to be helpful to relevant personnel.
