摘  要:电子对酸碱理论刚被提出时没有被重视,后来却在化学相关的教学科研实践等方面被广泛应用,这与分子轨道理论的应用不无关系,符合认识事物由浅入深、由表及里、不断深化的一般规律。路易斯酸碱理论与分子轨道理论是化学本科生的专业课必修的基础理论。对于学生而言,课堂学习是获得专业知识的重要渠道,如何将相关的课本知识与前沿研究应用相联系、与思想政治理论相联系、与中国传统文化相联系都是课程教师需要思考的问题。The situation of electronic acid-base theory changing from the first being paid little attention to upon being proposed to the latter being widely used in chemistry related teaching and research practice depends in certain part on the application of molecular orbital theory,in line with the general rule of constantly deepening understanding from the shallow-to-deep and the surface-to-inside.Lewis acid-base theory and molecular orbital theory are the basic theories required for undergraduate chemistry courses.With the classroom learning as an important channel to acquire professional knowledge for students,it is important for teachers to answer to questions about how to make connections of the relevant textbook knowledge to the current advanced research and application,to the ideological and political theories,and to the traditional Chinese culture.
