石化企业科技信息化管理的作用与顶层设计

摘　　要：在企业管理中,信息化管理有着非常重要的作用。与传统的生产型企业仅需要组织生产的单一信息化管理平台不同,对于重视研发的大型企业,通常需要配置适合自身流程及体系的科技信息化管理系统,以便更好地为企业研发及生产活动提供便利。文章通过分析企业科技信息化管理的重要作用,提出科技信息化管理顶层设计的工作重点,为企业科技信息化管理水平提升提供有益参考。In the enterprise management,information management has a very important role.Different from the traditional production enterprises that only need to organize the production of a single information management platform,for large enterprises that attach importance to research and development,they usually need to conf igure a science and technology information management system suitable for their own processes and systems,in order to better facilitate the development and production activities of enterprises.By analyzing the important role of enterprise science and technology information management,this paper puts forward the key points of top-level design of science and technology information management,and provides useful reference for improving the level of enterprise science and technology information management.
