摘  要:目的探讨肺癌脑转移瘤患者的MRI影像学特征以及与病理组织学的相关性。方法选取肺癌脑转移瘤患者34例为研究对象,对患者MRI检查和病理组织学结果进行整理。结果本组34例患者中,23例腺癌,2例鳞癌,9例小细胞肺癌;腺癌多发数目高于鳞癌、小细胞肺癌(P<0.05);腺癌肿瘤大小高于鳞癌、小细胞肺癌(P<0.05);鳞癌脑转移瘤水肿程度最高,其次为小细胞肺癌,三组对比有差异(P<0.05);小细胞肺癌强化不规则状特点最突出,其次为腺癌,三组对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论肺癌脑转移瘤MRI影像学特征与病理组织学之间有密切关联性,故可将MRI可作为识别诊断肺癌脑转移瘤的重要手段。Objective To explore the MRI imaging characteristics of lung cancer patients with brain metastases and their correlation with histopathology.Methods 34 patients with lung cancer brain metastases were selected as the research subjects,and the MRI and histopathological results of the patients were organized.Results Among the 34 patients in this group,23 were adenocarcinoma,2 were squamous cell carcinoma,and 9 were small cell lung cancer;The number of multiple cases of adenocarcinoma was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer(P<0.05);The tumor size of adenocareinoma was higher than that of squamous cell careinoma and small cell lung cancer(P<0.05);Squamous cell carcinoma has the highest degree of edema in brain metastases,followed by small cell lung cancer,with differences among the three groups(P<0.05);Small cell lung cancer has the most prominent irregular enhancement characteristics,followed by adenocarcinoma,with differences among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a close correlation between the MRI imaging features and pathological histology of lung cancer brain metastases,so MRI can be used as an important means of identify ing and diagnosing lung cancer brain metastases.
