芍药甘草汤加味方联合针灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床刍议

摘　　要：目的探讨芍药甘草汤加味方联合针灸治疗面肌痉挛的临床价值。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月武警第一机动总队医院收治的面肌痉挛患者80例为研究对象。按照治疗方法分为两组,各40例。对照组进行针刺治疗,观察组使用芍药甘草汤加味方联合针刺治疗则。比较两组Cohen面肌痉挛分级、面部肌肉抽搐频率、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果治疗后,观察组Cohen面肌痉挛分级为(1.2±0.1)级,少于对照组的(2.1±0.2)级,差异有统计学意义(t=25.456,P<0.05)。观察组面部肌肉抽搐频率、不良反应发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论芍药甘草汤加味方联合针灸治疗面肌痉挛,可显著改善面肌痉挛程度,减少痉挛频率,降低复发率,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical experience of modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with acu-puncture in treating hemifacial spasm.Methods 80 patients with hemifacial spasm admitted to The First Mobile Corps Hospital of the People's Armed Police Force from January 2021 to January 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to the treatment,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction,while the acupuncture.Cohen's facial spasm classification,facial muscle twitching frequency,the incidence of treat-ment adverse events and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Cohen's fa-cial spasm classification of the observation group was 1.2±0.1,which was less than that of the control group 2.1±0.2,and the difference was statistically significant(t=25.456,P<0.05).The frequency of facial muscle twitching,the inci-dence of adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the degree of hemifacial spasm,reduce the frequency of hemifa-cial spasm and reduce the recurrence rate,and it is safe.
