摘　　要：营养管理是脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者全面管理中的关键一环,做好其中的筛查、评估、治疗及后续管理等工作具有重要意义。本文对脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者的流行病学特征、筛查与评估、营养管理及营养管理模式现况等进行全面梳理总结,以期为脑卒中伴吞咽障碍患者的营养管理策略制定及临床实践提供科学的理论依据和参考。Nutrition management is a key part of the comprehensive management of stroke patients with dysphagia,and it is of great significance to do a good job in screening,evaluation,treatment and follow-up management.In this study,the epidemiological characteristics,screening and assessment,nutritional management and current nutritional management mode of stroke patients with dysphagia were comprehensively reviewed and summarized,in order to provide scientific theoretical basis and reference for the formulation of nutritional management strategies and clinical practice for stroke patients with dysphagia.
