从催化剂角度看待研究生助教助力实验课程的“教”与“学”

摘　　要：研究生助教辅助教学能够实现高校、教师、研究生与本科生的“多赢”,对提升实验课教学质量及培养研究生综合素质能力都有着积极意义。从一名博士研究生助教的角度,结合个人助教经历,以催化剂的特征定义助教工作,期望能为实验教学的改革创新和研究生助教的综合素养的提升提供有益借鉴。Graduate teaching assistants can achieve a"triple win"among teachers,teaching assistants,and students,which has a positive significance in improving the quality of experimental teaching and cultivating the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students.This article,from the perspective of a doctoral teaching assistant and based on personal teaching experience,defines teaching assistant work with the characteristics of catalysts.It is hoped that it can provide useful reference for the reform and innovation of experimental teaching and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of graduate teaching assistants.
