高校美育课程思政的“三层级”与“一转化”育人途径探究

摘　　要：以特定文化艺术为载体、以全面提升学生核心审美素养为目的的审美教育,在高校落实立德树人根本任务,完善课程思政“浸润式”育人途径上有其独特优势。基于美育关乎心灵成长、人格塑造的基本目标,将审美教育的立德树人根本任务分解为从“知识传授”到“价值引导”再到“能力培养”三个层级逐次递进的关系,分别涉及知识的内化、价值观的塑造以及审美综合能力的养成。在培养全面发展的人的目标指引下,探索当代青年从个别的“人”到社会的“人”转化的内在途径,以此优化高校美育融合课程思政浸润手段,实现为党育人、为国育才的总体任务。Aesthetic education,which takes specific culture and art as the carrier and aims to comprehensively improve students'core aesthetic literacy,has its unique advantages in implementing the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and fostering talents"in colleges and universities,and improving the"immersion"approach of ideological and political education integrated into the curriculum.Based on the basic goal of aesthetic education related to spiritual growth and personality shaping,the fundamental task of aesthetic education to"cultivate morality and foster talents"is decomposed into a progressively increasing relationship from"knowledge imparting"to"value guidance"and then to"ability cultivation".This progression involves the internalization of knowledge,the shaping of values,and the development of comprehensive aesthetic abilities.Guided by the goal of cultivating well-rounded individuals,this paper explores the intrinsic pathways for contemporary youth to transform from individual"persons"to societal"persons,"thereby optimizing the integration of aesthetic education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities'curricula through immersion methods,and achieving the overall task of educating people for the party and cultivating talents for the country.
