摘 要:茶叶是福建特色优势产业,也是民生产业和乡村振兴的支柱产业。基于“三茶统筹”分析视角,运用CiteSpace文献计量模型,考察2001—2022年中国知网文献库中以“茶文化”“茶科技”“茶产业”相关主题的研究现状与特征,明晰中国茶叶研究热点与脉络,为新形势下福建茶产业高质量发展提供产学研协同发展思路。研究表明,近20年,中国茶文化动态演变更加注重文化价值与效益;茶科技的研究趋势向茶树基因组与测序技术、茶与健康、茶叶资源与利用及深加工领域拓展;茶产业的发展进入了瓶颈期,需要各方合力以达到产业更新与迭代。现实困境是福茶品牌效益运作与文化遗产价值的发挥作用减缓,国际化传播形式相对滞后,茶旅融合发展覆盖面不够广泛,全茶产业链科技创新力度不足。基于此,建议从确立统筹发展理念,文化赋魂,科技赋能和品牌赋力4个角度提升。Tea is a characteristic and advantageous industry in Fujian province,as well as a pillar industry for people's livelihood and rural revitalization.Based on the analysis perspective of“three teas as a whole”,this paper uses CiteSpace bibliometric model to investigate the research status and characteristics of“tea culture”,“tea technology”and“tea industry”in the CNJI document database from 2001 to 2022,and clarify the hot spots and context of tea research in China.It provides ideas for industry-university-research collaborative development for the high-quality development of Fujian tea industry under the new situation.The research shows that in the past 30 years,the dynamic evolution of Chinese tea culture pays more attention to cultural value and benefit,and the research trend of tea technology is expanding to the fields of tea genome and sequencing technology,tea and health,tea resources and utilization and deep processing.The development of“tea industry”has entered a bottleneck period,and all parties need to work together to achieve industrial renewal and iteration.The real dilemma is that the benefit operation of Fucha brand and the role of cultural heritage value are slowing down,the form of international communication is relatively lagging behind,the coverage of tea tourism integration development is insufficient,and the scientific and technological content of the whole tea industry chain is not high.Based on this,it is suggested to promote from the four angles of establishing the concept of overall development,culture soul,science and technology and brand power.
