摘  要:合理制定分时电价策略有利于削峰填谷,有利于电网的安全稳定、经济地运行,因此负荷的峰谷时段划分是一项重要的工作。首先分析了不同日负荷波动特点,研究了K-means算法的原理,基于K-means研究了负荷峰谷时段划分方法。通过分析可知,不同季节的划分结果不同,制定分时电价时应该考虑季节因素。The reasonable formulation of time-sharing electricity price strategy is conducive to peak load shifting and valley filling,and the safe,stable and economic operation of the power grid,so the peak and valley period division of load is an important work.In this paper,we first analyze the characteristics of different daily load fluctuations,study the principle of K-means algorithm,and study the division method of load peak and valley period based on K-means.The analysis of this paper shows that the division results of different seasons are different,so the seasonal factors should be considered when setting time-sharing electricity price.
