摘 要:铁路机车产生牵引力时,各轴会发生轴重转移。目前研发的机车及转向架类型繁多,传统计算方式无法覆盖所有结构形式。对此,研究了基于需求的多样化轴重转移算法,可以用于不同牵引方式、不同旁承布置、不同电机悬挂方式、不等轴距、不等架距的机车转向架轴重转移计算。为了提高计算效率,利用Visual Basic达到面向对象的软件化实现,并利用设计的程序量化分析轴重转移各影响因素的敏感度。When a railway locomotive generates traction,the axle load shifts to each axle.At present,there are many types of locomotives and bogies,and the traditional calculation method cannot cover all structural forms.In this regard,a diversified axle load transfer algorithm based on demand was studied,which can be used for the axle load transfer calculation of locomotive bogies with different traction modes,different side bearing arrangements,different motor suspension modes,unequal wheelbase and unequal frame distance.In order to improve the computational efficiency,Visual Basic was used to achieve object-oriented software,and the designed program was used to quantitatively analyze the sensitivity of the influencing factors of axle load transfer.
