重症监护室护士压力源及应对方式的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查并分析重症监护室(ICU)护士的压力源和应对方式.方法:选择本院重症医学科的32名护士为研究对象.应用前瞻性分析,采用护士工作压力源量表评估ICU护士的压力源,采用应对量表评估ICU护士面对压力源的应对方式水平.结果:本研究共收录ICU护士32名,发放问卷32份,有效回收32份,有效回收率为100%,以32名ICU护士作为最终研究对象.32名护士的工作压力总均为(2.53±0.59)分,各维度得分由高至低排序依次为工作量、时间分配、工作环境及仪器设备、护理专业及工作、患者护理、人际关系及管理.32名护士对压力源的积极应对方式评分为(45.78±8.16)分,消极应对方式评分为(17.23±4.65)分,大多数护士应用积极应对方式,但面对不同的压力源,护士的应对方式仍有差异.结论:ICU护士工作压力大,且大部分源于外部因素,然而ICU护士有较好的应对行为,多数护士在面对压力源时能选择积极的应对方式.Objective:To investigate and analyze pressure source and coping strategies of nurses in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 32 nurses from our hospital.The nurse work stress source scale was used to evaluate the pressure source of ICU nurses,and the Coping Scale was used to evaluate the level of coping styles of ICU nurses when facing pressure source.Results:This study included a total of 32 ICU nurses,distributed 32 questionnaires,and received 32 valid responses with a 100%effective response rate.The final study subjects were 32 ICU nurses.The total work pressure of 32 nurses was(2.53±0.59)points,and the scores of each dimensionare ranked from high to low:workload,time allocation,work environment and equipment,nursing profession and work,patient care,interpersonal relationships and management.All 32 nurses scored(45.78±8.16)on their positive coping style towards pressure source and(17.23±4.65)on their negative coping style.Most nurses adopted positive coping styles,but their coping styles still varied when facing with different pressure source.Conclusion:ICU nurses face high work pressure,mostly due to external factors.However,ICU nurses have good coping behaviors,and most nurses are able to choose positive coping strategies when facing sources of stress.
