摘　　要：目的:探讨脑梗死溶栓治疗后患者疾病感知与自我感受负担的关系.方法:选取2022年3月至2024年1月于本院接受溶栓治疗的73例脑梗死患者为研究对象.收集患者的临床资料,于出院时,采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评估患者的自我感受负担水平,采用疾病感知问卷简版(BIPQ)评估患者的疾病感知情况.比较不同临床特征及不同BIPQ评分患者的自我感受负担水平,分析脑梗死溶栓治疗后患者疾病感知与自我感受负担的关系.结果:脑梗死溶栓治疗后患者SPBS评分为(20.23±3.34)分,BIPQ评分为(38.41±4.39)分;文化程度在高中以下的患者的SPBS评分高于高中及以上患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度为高中以下、BIPQ评分高与脑梗死溶栓治疗后患者SPBS评分高有关(P<0.05).结论:脑梗死溶栓治疗后患者疾病感知水平低与自我感受负担水平低有关.Objective:To explore the relationship between disease perception and self perceived burden in patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy.Methods:A total of 73 patients with cerebral infarction who received thrombolysis treatment in our hospital from March 2022 to January 2024 were selected as research objects.The clinical data of patients were collected.The self perceived burden scale(SPBS)was used to assess the patient's level of self perceived burden at discharge.The brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ)was used to assess the patient's disease perception.The self-perceived burden levels of patients with different clinical features and BIPQ scores were compared.The relationship between disease perception and self-perceived burden in patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy was analyzed.Results:The SPBS score of patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy was(20.23±3.34)points.The BIPQ score was(38.41±4.39)points.The SPBS score of patients with education level below high school was higher than that of patients with high school and above,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).By multiple linear regression analysis results showed that education level below high school and high BIPQ score were related to high SPBS score in patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low level of disease perception in patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy is related to the low level of self perceived burden.
