摘  要:建立了一种绿色、快速、操作简便的乳化液液微萃取(ELLME)方法,与超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)联用,用于检测水、果汁、食醋和露酒中的联苯三唑醇、戊唑醇和丙环唑。该方法将环境友好的木质素作为乳化剂用于ELLME,由于木质素具有高度两亲性和三维网络结构,使用移液枪抽打木质素水溶液与愈创木酚的混合溶液,可以快速形成乳液,细小的萃取剂液滴可快速萃取食品样品中的三唑类杀菌剂。本方法检出限为0.03μg/L,回收率和相对标准偏差分别为81.8%~104.9%和2.1%~9.8%。采用3种绿色评价工具验证了本方法的环境友好性。基于木质素的新型ELLME可适配多种绿色萃取剂并应用于快速检测不同食品样品中的农药残留。An emulsive liquid-liquid microextraction(ELLME)method was established to detect triazole fungicides in water,juice,vinegar,and LuJiu vine via ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS).This method used environmentally friendly lignin as emulsifier in ELLME.Due to the high amphiphilic property and three-dimensional network structure of lignin,the emulsion could be quickly formed through several aspirate-dispense cycles of the green extractant(guaiacol)and lignin solution using a micropipette,and the small extractant droplets could rapidly extract triazole fungicides from food samples.The limit of detection of this method was 0.03μg/L,and the extraction recoveries and relative standard deviations were 81.8%-104.9%and 2.1%-9.8%,respectively.Finally,three green metric tools were used to verify the environmental friendliness of the whole procedure.A novel ELLME based on lignin can be adapted to various green extractants for extraction and applied to rapid detection of pesticide residues in different food samples.
