摘  要:毒死蜱(CPF)作为一种中等毒性的有机磷杀虫剂,被广泛应用于农业生产。然而,其毒性和生物蓄积作用对人类具有潜在的健康风险,已成为公共卫生领域令人担忧的安全问题之一。检测食品和环境中的CPF残留,对保障人类生命健康具有重要意义。通常待检样品中的CPF含量极低,且基质复杂,因此选择合适的样品前处理技术和检测技术至关重要。本文综述了近年来应用较广的CPF前处理技术及检测技术,着重阐述了不同技术的原理和优缺点,并对发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为食品和环境中CPF及其他杀虫剂的检测提供参考。Chlorpyrifos(CPF),as a toxic organophosphorus insecticide with moderate toxicity,is widely used in agricultural production.However,it has potential health risks to humans due to the toxic effects and bioaccumulation,which was recognized as one of the most challenges in public health.It has great significance to perform the detection of CPF residues in food and environment for enusing human safety.The samples under examination contain extremely low CPF and complicate matrix.Therefore,it is necessary to select appropriate sample pretreatment and detection technologies.This paper overviewed the widely used pretreatment and detection technologies for CPF in recent years,focused on summarizing the principles,advantages and drawbacks of different technologies,and provided an outlook on the development trend,providing support for the detection of CPF and other insecticides in foods and environment.
