数字化转型、劳动力市场整合与制造业全球价值链攀升

摘　　要：促进数字经济与劳动力市场深度融合,强化劳动力市场整合优势,对于推进制造业价值链升级、加快推进制造强国和贸易强国建设至关重要。本文结合中国工业企业工资数据和相对价格方差法测算城市层面劳动力市场分割指数,综合利用地级市政府工作报告文本数据和智联招聘企业认证信息数据测算城市层面数字化转型指标,进而基于中国工业企业数据、中国海关贸易数据与中国城市面板数据的匹配数据,检验了劳动力市场整合对制造业企业全球价值链分工地位的影响以及数字化转型在该过程中的调节效应。结果表明,劳动力市场整合能够通过促进技术外溢、加强人力资本外部性、增加国内中间品种类的机制显著提升企业全球价值链分工地位,因而有助于推动制造业价值链不断向高端环节攀升;数字化进程的深入推进则进一步强化了劳动力市场整合对制造业价值链攀升的推动作用。进一步分析发现,线上招聘平台的应用极大提升了区域劳动力市场整合水平,进而促进了制造业价值链升级过程中厚劳动力市场优势的充分发挥。本文结论对于进一步深入推进企业数字化转型、深化劳动力统一大市场建设,进而依托厚劳动力市场优势推动制造业价值链升级和高质量发展具有重要政策含义。Promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the labor market,and strengthening the integration advantages of the labor market are crucial to promoting the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain and accelerating the construction of a manufacturing power and a trade power.This article combines China's industrial enterprise wage data and relative price variance method to measure the city-level labor market segmentation index,comprehensively utilizes the text data of prefecture-level municipal government work report and the data of Wiseguy Recruitment's enterprise authentication information to measure the digital transformation index at the city level,and then,based on the matched data of China's industrial enterprise data,China's customs trade data,and China's city panel data,examines the impact of labor market integration on the impact of labor market integration on manufacturing enterprises'position in the global value chain and the moderating effect of digital transformation in the process.The results show that labor market integration can significantly enhance the GVC position of enterprises through the mechanisms of promoting technological spillovers,strengthening human capital externalities,and increasing the variety of domestic intermediate goods,thus helping to promote the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain to the higher end of the chain;and the deepening of digitalization further strengthens the role of labor market integration in promoting the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain.Further analysis reveals that the application of online recruitment platform has greatly enhanced the level of regional labor market integration,which in turn promotes the full play of the advantages of the thick labor market in the process of upgrading the manufacturing value chain.The conclusions of this article have important policy implications for further promoting the digital transformation of enterprises,deepening the construction of a unified labor market,and promoting the upgrading of the m
