摘 要:目的:分析改良六字诀训练在痉挛型脑性瘫痪言语障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月锦州医科大学附属第一医院临床康复科收治的痉挛型脑性瘫痪言语障碍患儿64例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上实施改良六字诀训练。比较两组最长声时、最大数数能力、构音语音能力。结果:治疗前,两组最长声时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组最长声时长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组最大数数能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组最大数数能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组构音语音能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组构音语音能力评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良六字诀训练在痉挛型脑性瘫痪言语障碍患儿中的应用效果显著,能够提高患儿的发音能力、数学认知能力和构音清晰度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified six-character formula training in children with spastic cerebral palsy and speech disorder.Methods:Sixty-four children with spastic cerebral palsy and speech disorder admitted to the Department of Clinical Rehabilitation at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received modified six-character formula training on the basis of the control group.The maximum phonation time,maximum counting ability,and articulation-voice ability were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the maximum phonation time between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the maximum phonation time in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and the index in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the maximum counting ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the maximum counting ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of articulation-voice ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of articulation-voice ability in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified six-character formula training in children with spastic cerebral palsy and speech disorder has a significant effect,and can improve the pronunciation ability,mathematical cognitive abili
