流动儿童免疫规划管理在儿童疫苗接种中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析流动儿童免疫规划管理在儿童疫苗接种中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月滨州市疾病预防控制中心登记的流动儿童1 000例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各500例。对照组实施常规管理,研究组在对照组基础上实施流动儿童免疫规划管理。比较两组家长疫苗接种知识掌握情况、儿童按时接种情况、接种依从性、接种满意度。结果:研究组家长疫苗接种知识总掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组按时接种率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组接种依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组家长接种总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:流动儿童免疫规划管理在儿童疫苗接种中的应用价值较高,能够提高家长疫苗接种知识掌握率、接种依从性及接种满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of immunization program management of migrant children in children vaccination.Methods:A total of 1000 migrant children who were registered at Binzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine management,and the study group adopted the immunization program management of migrant children on the basis of the control group.The vaccination knowledge awareness of parents,on-time vaccination of children,vaccination compliance and vaccination satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total vaccination knowledge awareness rate of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The on-time vaccination rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The vaccination compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total vaccination satisfaction of parents in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The immunization program management of migrant children has high application value in children vaccination,and can increase the vaccination knowledge awareness rate of parents,vaccination compliance and vaccination satisfaction.
