开窗减压术联合阻塞器治疗颌骨囊肿的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究开窗减压术联合阻塞器治疗颌骨囊肿的临床效果。方法:将2020年5月—2022年5月南华大学附属长沙中心医院收治的颌骨囊肿患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分成联合组和常规组,每组43例。常规组患者采用开窗减压治疗术治疗,联合组患者采取开窗减压术联合阻塞器治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:联合组术后10 d疼痛评分低于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。联合组术后囊腔缩小体积大于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组临床治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开窗减压术联合阻塞器治疗颌骨囊肿的临床效果显著,能够缩小囊腔体积,减轻患者术后疼痛,促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fenestration decompression combined with occluder in the treatment of jaw cyst.Methods:A total of 86 patients with jaw cyst admitted to Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the combined group and the conventional group by random drawing lot method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with fenestration decompression,and patients in the combined group were treated with fenestration decompression and occluder.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The pain score at 10 d after surgery in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the length of hospital stay in the combined group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The reduction volume of cyst cavity after surgery in the combined group was larger than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fenestration decompression combined with occlusion in the treatment of jaw cyst is significant,which can reduce the volume of cyst cavity,relieve the postoperative pain,promote the postoperative recovery,and reduce the complications.
