低空经济的技术创新与场景创新

摘　　要：低空经济作为我国重点发展的战略性新兴产业,是经济发展与技术突破的新引擎。低空经济具有空间多维性、产业整合性、技术经济性等特征。当前,我国低空经济的发展呈现出以无人机为代表的低空制造产业基础与低空经济应用场景不断融合的态势。未来,低空经济高质量发展须回应好“如何实现制造产业与新场景的互通互融,创造低空经济新业态”这一核心议题。为此,应处理好航空器的效率与安全、研制与运行、空域的开放与管制三大关系,构建低空航空产品创新与场景创新相融相促的低空经济理论模型,推动促进低空经济增长的理论创新,拓展低空经济产业发展新路径。As a strategic emerging industry,low-altitude economy is a new engine for economic development and technological breakthrough.Low-altitude economy has the characteristics of multi-dimensional space,industrial integration,and technology economy.At present,the development of China's low-altitude economy shows a trend of continuous integration of the low-altitude manufacturing industrial base represented by drones and low-altitude economic application scenarios.In the future,the high-quality development of low-altitude economy must respond to the core issues of"how to achieve the interoperability of manufacturing industry and new scenarios,and how to create new formats of low-altitude economy".Therefore,it is necessary to deal with the three relations of aircraft efficiency and safety,development and operation,and airspace opening and control,build a low-altitude economic theoretical model of low-altitude aviation product innovation and scenario innovation,promote the theoretical innovation of lowaltitude economic growth,and expand the new path of low-altitude economic industry development.
