摘 要:为了进一步提高磁浮车辆系统动力学仿真的准确性,有必要探明电磁铁在不同空间自由度及线圈电流影响下的电磁力特性。以中低速常导U型电磁铁为研究对象,基于电磁铁和轨道的实际结构以及磁性材料磁化特性,仿真分析电磁铁悬浮间隙、横移量、侧滚角、点头角、摇头角这5个空间自由度以及线圈电流对电磁力及力矩的影响。分析结果表明,在额定工作点附近,点头角和摇头角对电磁力的影响较小,侧滚角的增加导致悬浮力减小14%、导向力增大167%;电磁铁在侧滚角、点头角和摇头角的综合作用下可能产生不稳定的侧滚力矩;并且各空间自由度对电磁力及力矩的影响有明显的耦合现象;综合分析6个因素与电磁力的相关性,除电流、间隙和横移量的影响显著外,点头角对悬浮力的影响最明显,摇头角对导向力的影响最明显。In order to further improve the accuracy of maglev vehicle system dynamics simulation,it is necessary to explore the electromagnetic force characteristics of electromagnet under different spatial degrees of freedom.Taking U-shaped electromagnet as the research object,considering the magnetization characteristics of the magnetic material,the 5DOFs of the suspension gap,lateral movement,rolling angle,nodding angle,yawing angle and coil currents were simulated based on the actual structure of electromagnet.Effects of DOF and coil currents on electromagnetic forces and moments were analyzed.The results show that influence of nodding angle and yawing angle on magnetic characteristics is small.The increase of rolling angle leads to the decrease of suspension force by 14%and the increase of guiding force by 167%.The electromagnet may produce unstable rolling moment under the combined action of rolling angle,nodding angle and shaking angle.Meanwhile,the influence of each degree of freedom on the electromagnetic force and torque is obviously coupled.After comprehensive analysis of the correlation between the six factors and electromagnetic force,except the current,clearance and the amount of traverse,the nodding angle has the most obvious influence on the suspension force,and the nodding angle has the most obvious influence on the steering force.
