摘  要:为研究轨道精测精调技术对地铁振动源强带来的影响,选取某运营期地铁线路典型地段作为试验段,在该试验段建立任意设站控制网并进行轨道几何状态绝对测量,测得线路相对于设计位置的绝对偏差值,并结合轨道几何状态相对测量数据制订轨道精调方案,以指导该试验段轨道精调作业。另外,选取试验段中的一个典型断面作为检测断面,检测该断面处轨道精测精调前后钢轨、道床及隧道壁的最大Z振级(VLzmax),以定量分析轨道精测精调技术对地铁振动源强带来的影响。研究表明,试验段轨道精调后,动态平均TQI从7.09降低至4.98,钢轨、道床及隧道壁的VLzmax分别下降3.62 dB、4.94 dB及1.52 dB。研究结果表明,轨道精测精调对轨道减振效果显著,可以有效降低地铁振动源强值。To study the effect of track precision measurement and adjustment technology on subway vibration source intensity,a quantitative analysis method was adopted to conduct vibration tests on the steel rails,track beds,and tunnel walls before and after track precision adjustment.A typical section of a subway line during a certain operating period was selected as the test section,and an arbitrary station control network was established in this test section.Based on this section's arbitrary station control network,the absolute deviation value of the line relative to the design position was measured by absolute measurement of the track geometry state.Combined with the relative measurement data of the track geometry state,a track precision adjustment plan was developed to guide the track precision adjustment operation of this test section.At the same time,a typical section in the experimental section was selected as the detection section to detect the maximum Z vibration level(VLzmax)of the steel rail,track bed,and tunnel wall before and after precision measurement and adjustment of the track at that section.By comparing the VLzmax of the steel rail,track bed,and tunnel wall before and after precision measurement and adjustment of the track,the effect of precision measurement and adjustment technology on subway vibration source intensity was quantitatively analyzed.The results obtained from the study includes:the dynamic average TQI of the experimental section decreases from 7.09 to 4.98 before and after precision adjustment of the track.Vibration tests conducted before and after precision adjustment of the track shows that the VLzmax of the rail,track bed,and tunnel wall decrease by 3.62 dB,4.94 dB,and 1.52 dB,respectively.The conclusion of this study is that the precise measurement and adjustment technology of the track has brought significant effects on track vibration reduction,which can effectively reduce the intensity value of subway vibration source.
