摘  要:针对微型磁场传感器在变压器故障检测中不同放置位置检测精度差异大的问题,该文以单相E磁芯变压器为例,基于COMSOL有限元仿真建立模型探究微型传感器在变压器中最佳放置位置。首先分析并阐明变压器磁场对称性分布规律;然后设置诸如匝间短路、负载变化和频率变化等多种典型异常工况,采用小波变换分析上述工况下变压器不同位置磁场强度、相位变化情况;最后基于信号突变规律、突变时间得到最佳放置位置并判断灵敏度级别,为微型磁场传感器在变压器故障检测中的应用提供依据。In this paper,to solve the problem of large difference in detection accuracy of micro magnetic field sensors at different positions in transformer fault detection.The single-phase E-core transformer is taken as an example,based on COMSOL finite element simulation,a model was established to explore the optimal placement position of the micro-sensor in the transformer.Firstly,the symmetrical distribution law of transformer magnetic field is analyzed and clarified.Then,several typical abnormal conditions such as inter-turn short circuit,load variation and frequency variation are set up,and the magnetic field intensity and phase variation at different positions of the transformer under the above conditions are analyzed by wavelet transform.Finally,based on the signal variation law and time,the optimal placement position and sensitivity level are obtained,which provides a basis for the application of micro magnetic field sensor in transformer fault detection.
