摘　　要：培养大学生的创新能力和综合素质是新时期高校人才培养的重要内容。实践和实验教学环节是培养学生创新能力和综合素质的有效途径。结合二十几年来的教学经验,在农业资源与环境专业的“农产品安全与品质分析”实验课教学中,在学生掌握基本实验理论与操作技能的基础上,通过开展学生参与实验方案设计、试材准备和药品配制等过程中,以农业生产实践案例分析为纽带,师生互动,全面培养学生的创新意识、创新思维和创新技能等综合素质。The cultivation of college students’innovative ability and comprehensive quality is an important part of talent training in the new era.Practice and experiment teaching are the effective ways to cultivate students’innovation ability and improve the comprehensive quality of talent training.We have a teaching experience of more than 20 years in the experimental course of the safety and quality analysis of agricultural products in agricultural resources and environment specialty.On the basis of students mastering the basic experimental theory and operation skills,students participate in whole process of the experimental scheme design,test material preparation and drug preparation,etc.During the analysis of agricultural problems,teachers and students interact with each other,and students’innovative consciousness,innovative thinking and innovative skills are improved.
