摘 要:按照“设计—研制—标定”的思路,完成了船模拖曳水池拖车系统研制。设计阶段结合教学科研需求完成拖车结构设计、最大航速确定和拖车重量预估,并用数值模拟方法完成强度校核和模态分析;研制阶段先在工厂进行分段制造,后运输至实验室现场组装调试,完成了机械调试和电路调试两部分;标定阶段完成了拖车振动测试、标模阻力测试和敞水测试。将新拖车用于本科教学,提高了教学效率,丰富了教学手段,有助于提升学生对实验现象的观察与知识点的理解。In accordance with the idea of“design-development-calibration”,the development of the ship model towing pool trailer system was completed.In the design stage,the trailer structure design,the maximum speed determination and the trailer weight estimation were completed in combination with the teaching and scientific research needs,and the strength check and modal analysis were completed by numerical simulation methods.In the development stage,the manufacturing was carried out in the factory,and then it was transported to the laboratory for on-site assembly and debugging,and two parts of mechanical debugging and circuit debugging were completed.In the calibration stage,the trailer vibration test,mold resistance test and open water test were completed.The use of the new trailer for undergraduate teaching has improved the teaching efficiency,enriched the teaching methods,and helped to improve the students’understanding of the observation and knowledge points of experimental phenomena.
