摘  要:肌肉生长抑制素会抑制骨骼肌的生成。肌肉生长抑制素的失活,能促进肉牛肌肉数量和体积选择性增加,肉质品质也发生一定的改变,这种现象称为双肌性状。拥有这种形状的动物表现出超过普通动物的肌肉群,而拥有这种性状的肉牛称为双肌肉牛,这类肉牛通常有较好的肌肉结构和极高的胴体率,其器官也与肌肉有相类似的特征;同时能够大幅提高生长性能。该文从双肌性状的产生、特征以及对机体产生的影响等多方面进行阐述,分析双肌性状的优劣,旨在为国内双肌肉牛的养殖者提供理论依据,推进品种改良和繁育,促进我国肉牛产业的发展。Muscle growth inhibitor can inhibit the generation of skeletal muscle.The inactivation of muscle growth inhibitor can promote the selective increase of muscle quantity and volume in beef cattle,and also cause certain changes in meat quality.This phenomenon is called double muscle trait.Animals with this shape exhibit muscle groups that surpass those of ordinary animals,and beef cattle with this trait are called bi muscular cattle.These types of beef cattle usually have good muscle structure and extremely high body rate,and their organs also have similar characteristics to muscles;At the same time,it can significantly improve growth performance.This article elaborates on the generation,characteristics,and impact on the body of dual muscle traits,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dual muscle traits,and aims to provide theoretical basis for domestic dual muscle beef cattle breeders,promote breed improvement and breeding,and promote the development of China's beef cattle industry.
