摘  要:该试验旨在研究添加不同比例复合添加剂对鲜食玉米秸青贮品质的影响。试验采用完全随机分组设计,共3个处理组,每组3个重复,即对照组、试验1组(2%糖蜜+复合菌酶制剂)、试验2组(4%糖蜜+复合菌酶制剂)。分别在第0、30、60、90天对鲜食玉米秸秆青贮发酵品质进行测定,分别在发酵的第0、60、90天取样,对青贮饲料营养成分进行测定。结果显示,青贮30 d后与对照组相比,2个试验组pH值均显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸、乙酸含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。2个试验组均改善了鲜食玉米秸青贮的发酵品质。The objective of the experiment was to investigate the impact of varying proportions of additive packages on fresh corn stover silage products.The experiment followed a completely randomized group design,with three treatment groups and three replicates each:a control group,test group 1(2%molasses+enzyme preparation of compound bacteria),and test group 2(4%molasses+enzyme preparation of compound bacteria).The fermentation quality of fresh corn stover silage was evaluated at 0,30,60,and 90 days.Samples were collected at 0,60,and 90 days to determine the nutrient composition of the silage.The results indicate that,ensilage for 30 days,both experimental groups had significantly lower pH values(P<0.05)and significantly higher lactic acid and acetic acid contents(P<0.05)compared to the control group.These findings suggest that both test groups improved the fermentation quality of fresh corn stover silage.
