摘  要:钙钛矿太阳能电池作为一种新型太阳能电池,其封装技术一直是研究的热点。封装技术在太阳能电池中起着重要作用,影响着电池的稳定性、寿命和性能。随着近年来钙钛矿太阳能电池光电转换效率的迅速提升,器件的稳定性成为制约其产业化的重要因素。介绍了目前钙钛矿太阳能电池封装技术的研究现状,将封装工艺分为三类:玻璃-玻璃封装、无机材料封装、有机复合材料封装。然后,讨论了三种封装技术的封装方法、优势和发展。最后,总结了钙钛矿太阳能电池封装技术的应用前景和挑战,为制备稳定的钙钛矿太阳能电池提供了新的研究思路。Perovskite solar cell is a new type of solar cells,and its encapsulation technology has been the hot topic in the research field.The encapsulation technology plays an important role in solar cells,which affects the stability,lifetime and performance of solar cells.With the rapid improvement of the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells in recent years,the stability of devices has become an important factor which impedes their industrialization.The current research status of the encapsulation technology in perovskite solar cells is introduced.The encapsulation technology is divided into three terms,glass-glass encapsulation,inorganic material encapsulation and organic composite material encapsulation.Then,the encapsulation method,advantages and development of all the three kinds of encapsulation technologies are discussed.Finally,the application prospects and challenges of perovskite solar cells encapsulation technology are summarized,which provides new research ideas for the preparation of stable perovskite solar cells.
