摘  要:学科组织化水平是决定学科治理效度的重要因素。但在组织惰性视角下,大学学科组织固有的身份、结构和资源惰性风险层见叠出,学科组织面临着发展定位模糊、结构设置静态偏向、资源汲取差异性加剧等梗阻。为了营造可持续发展的学科生态,规避组织惰性风险,大学学科组织应秉持多维发展思路、遵循多重权力逻辑、坚持多元评价导向,持续推进治理进路,健全学科建设的“三重螺旋链条”,建构学科运行的“协同决策机制”,牵引学科发展的“预警清单建设”,激发学科组织内涵式发展的溢出效应,最终实现学科善治的愿景。The level of disciplinary organization is an important factor in determining the effectiveness of disciplinary governance.However,from the perspective of organizational inertia,the inherent identity,structure,and resource inertia risks of university disciplinary organizations are layered,and disciplinary organizations face obstacles such as unclear development positioning,static bias in structural settings,and increased differences in resource extraction.In order to create a sustainable disciplinary ecosystem and avoid the risk of organizational inertia,university disciplinary organizations should adhere to a multidimensional development approach,follow multiple power logics,adhere to a diversified evaluation orientation,continuously promote governance approaches,improve the"triple helix chain"of disciplinary construction,construct a"collaborative decision-making mechanism"for disciplinary operation,build a"warning list"for disciplinary development,stimulate the spillover effects of disciplinary organizational connotation development,and ultimately achieve the vision of good disciplinary governance.
