摘　　要：近年来,我国生物医药产业在政府多项政策的支持下蓬勃发展。生物化学与分子生物学作为生物医药相关专业的重要专业基础课程,与生物医药产业的各个环节密切相关。本文基于OBE理念,探索生物化学与分子生物学教学模式的改革与创新,以期培养生物医药产业接轨的创新型人才,改变生物医药产业创新人才缺乏与基础研究薄弱的现状。In recent years,China's biopharmaceutical industry has flourished with substantial support from various government policies.Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,as essential foundational courses for biopharmaceutical-related disciplines,are closely linked with all aspects of the biopharmaceutical industry.This paper,grounded in the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy,explores the reform and innovation of teaching models in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with the aim of cultivating innovative talents aligned with the biopharmaceutical industry,and addressing the current shortage of innovative professionals and the weakness in foundational research within the industry.
