摘　　要：本文针对建设工程检验检测机构资质管理不再需要检验资质标识的情况进行分析,探讨建设工程检验报告资质标识缺少带来的资质识别、工程应用和市场公平竞争等影响,提出制定建设工程检验资质统一标识、建设基于智慧检测的结果采信系统和强化宣传等主要措施,分析了资质标识与报告采信的关系,提出了依托智慧数据平台进一步实现建设工程质量全链条管理的思路。This paper mainly analyzes the situation where the qualification management of inspection and testing institutions for construction projects no longer requires inspection qualifications marks.It discusses the impacts of the lack of qualification marks on qualification identification,engineering application,and fair competition in the market.The paper puts forward main measures of developing a unified qualification mark for inspection and testing of construction projects,building a smart inspection result acceptance system,and strengthening publicity.The relationship between qualification marks and report acceptance is analyzed,and the idea of further realizing the full-chain quality management of construction projects by a smart data platform is proposed.
