摘　　要：目的:分析动脉内溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月菏泽市定陶区人民医院收治的120例急性缺血性脑梗死患者进行研究,使用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组使用动脉内溶栓治疗,对照组使用阿司匹林、低分子肝素治疗。对比两组治疗前及治疗24 h、48 h、7 d后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组NIHSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗24 h、48 h、7 d后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:动脉内溶栓可以改善急性缺血性脑梗死患者的神经功能,疗效较好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intra-arterial thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction treated in Heze Dingtao District People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected for this study.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.The observation group was treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis,while the control group was treated with aspirin and low molecular weight heparin.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score before treatment and 24 h,48 h and 7 d after treatment and the total response rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 24 h,48 h and 7 d of treatment,NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:Intra-arterial thrombolysis can improve the neurological function of patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction,and the curative effect is good.
