中药热奄包联合莱菔子外敷护理在晚期结直肠癌合并腹胀患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热奄包联合莱菔子外敷护理在晚期结直肠癌合并腹胀患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年8月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的76例晚期结直肠癌合并腹胀患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为观察组和常规组,各38例。常规组予以常规护理,观察组在常规组基础上予以中药热奄包联合莱菔子外敷护理。对比两组腹胀情况、住院时间、肛门排气时间、不良反应、护理满意度。结果:观察组护理总有效率高于常规组(P=0.001)。护理前,两组腹胀改善情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组腹胀改善情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、肛门排气时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P=0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组(P=0.002)。结论:中药热奄包联合莱菔子外敷在晚期结直肠癌合并腹胀患者中的应用效果较好,可以改善腹胀,提高肛门排气功能,缩短住院时间,减少不良反应,提高护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of Reyanbao combined with external application of semen raphani in patients with advanced colorectal cancer complicated with abdominal distension.Methods:A total of seventy-six patients with advanced colorectal cancer complicated with abdominal distension admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and routine group,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given external nursing of Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with semen raphani on the basis of the routine group.Abdominal distension,hospital stay,anal exhaust time,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in routine group(P=0.001).Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in the improvement of abdominal distension between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the improvement of abdominal distension in observation group was better than that in routine group(P<0.05).The hospital stay and anal exhaust time in observation group were shorter than those in routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in routine group(P=0.001).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of routine group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with semen raphani in advanced colorectal cancer patients with abdominal distension has a good effect,which can improve abdominal distension,improve anal exhaust function,shorten hospital stay,reduce adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
