摘 要:为了更加高效安全地测定植物和食品样品中全氮含量,参考GB 5009.5—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中蛋白质的测定》方法,采用全自动凯氏定氮仪法,对称样量、试剂用量、消解方式、温度等条件进行了优化。改进后方法测定植物标准物质氮含量结果与标准物质氮含量定值的误差在0.67%~6.45%,测定结果的RSD值在0.51%~3.71%,加标回收率在95.2%~104.1%。改进后方法,降低了实验成本,减轻了实验过程中废弃排放物对环境造成的影响,提高了消解效率和实验人员的安全性。精密度及准确性等符合检测分析要求,适用于批量植物样品全氮含量的检测。In order to determine the total nitrogen content in plant and food samples more efficiently and safely,with referring to the method of GB 5009.5—2016 National food safety standard Determination of protein in food,the full-automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen meter method was used to optimize the conditions such as symmetrical sample quantity,reagent dosage and digestion temperature.The standard error between the nitrogen content of plant reference material determined by the improved method and the fixed value of nitrogen content of reference material is 0.67%~6.45%,the RSD value of the determination result is 0.51%~3.71%,and the recovery of standard addition is 95.2%~104.1%.The improved method reduces the experimental cost,reduces the impact of waste emissions on the environment,and improves the digestion efficiency and the safety of experimental personnel.The precision and accuracy meet the requirements of detection and analysis,and are suitable for the detection of total nitrogen content of batch plant samples.
