摘  要:以巯基-β-环糊精修饰的金纳米颗粒(CD-AuNPs)作为缓冲液添加剂的毛细管电泳(CE)新体系完成了12种小分子有机酸的快速分离。与常规毛细管电泳法相比,新体系大大提高了分离效果,皆达到了基线分离。通过透射电镜等表征手段证明了CD-AuNPs的成功合成并探究了其浓度对新CE新体系的影响。以草酸和柠檬酸为模型,完善了CE新体系的定量检测方法并成功地鉴定了两种烟草制品中的11种小分子有机酸,其中草酸和柠檬酸的含量为8.12μg/g和21.51μg/g。A new system of capillary electrophoresis(CE)with gold nanoparticles(CD-AuNPs)modified with sulfhydryl-β-cyclodextrin as buffer additives was accomplished for the rapid separation of 12 small-molecule organic acids.Compared with the conventional capillary electrophoresis method,the new system greatly improved the separation effect and all achieved the baseline separation.The successful synthesis of CD-AuNPs was demonstrated by transmission electron microscopy and other characterization methods,and the effect of their concentration on the new CE system was investigated.The new CE system had been developed as a model for the quantitative determination of oxalic acid and citric acid,and successfully identified 11 small molecule organic acids in two tobacco products,among which the contents of oxalic acid and citric acid were 8.12μg/g and 21.51μg/g.
