正交试验优化添加益生元的口服液配方及工艺

摘  要:针对需要促进骨健康的人群,以骨碎补、生地黄、补骨脂、杜仲为中药原料,加入麦芽糖浆、蜂蜜、麦芽糖醇三者的协调配比制作成口服液产品。在单因素试验基础上,利用正交试验法对四种中药材总黄酮最佳提取工艺和矫味剂的配比对口服液感官评定的影响进行优化。确定中药材总黄酮最佳工艺参数为提取时间1 h、加水倍数10倍水、提取3次。20 mL提取液中加入5 g蜂蜜,1.5 g麦芽糖浆,1.5 g麦芽糖醇,可获得感官体验最佳的口服液。所制得的口服液特别添加量了麦芽糖醇益生元作为矫味剂,具有口感优良、轻便、易携带、方便食用、好吸收等特点,可为骨质疏松、骨密度下降的特殊人群提供快速吸收的营养,具有推广价值。The oral liquid products with Drynaria rhizome,Radix rehmanniae,Psoralea corylifolia and Eucommia ulmoides as raw materials and the coordinated proportion of malt syrup,honey and maltitol were prepared for those who needed to promote bone health.Based on single factor experiment,the orthogonal test was used to optimize the optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids from four kinds of Chinese medicinal materials and the effects of the ratio of corrective agents on sensory evaluation of oral liquid.The optimum process parameters of total flavonoids were determined as extraction time of 1 h,adding water multiple of 10 times and extracting 3 times.Adding 5 g honey,1.5 g malt syrup and 1.5 g maltitol into 20 mL extract could obtain the oral liquid with the best sensory experience.Maltitol prebiotics were added into the prepared oral liquid as an correcting agent,which had the characteristics of good taste,light weight,easy to carry,easy to eat and easy to absorb.It could provide fast absorption of nutrition for the special population with osteoporosis and decreased bone density and had good popularization value.
