摘  要:调校是保障甲烷传感器能够正确监测煤矿井下环境气体的必要操作。主要研究如何快速、高效地调校传感器,重点对传统传感器调校装置中的手动流量计进行自动化控制改造,通过PID控制算法达到精准控制输入传感器气体流量的目的。该装置在晋能控股装备制造集团矿井实际应用后,使得调校操作简单高效,调校曲线合规准确。另外,根据晋能控股装备制造集团的管理实际,在遥控器操作、传感器状态研判等方面也进行了优化应用,极大改善了传感器现场调校的效果。Calibration is a necessary operation to ensure that methane sensors can correctly monitor the environmental gases in coal mines.This paper mainly studies how to quickly and efficiently calibrate sensors,focusing on the automation control transformation of manual flow meters in traditional sensor calibration devices,and achieving precise control of input sensor gas flow rate through PID control algorithm.After practical application in the mine of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,this device has made the calibration operation simple and efficient,and the calibration curve compliant and accurate.In addition,according to the actual management of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,optimization applications have been made in remote control operation,sensor status analysis,and other aspects,greatly improving the effectiveness of on-site sensor calibration.
